This is a 60 minute experience that will not only relax but rejuvenate.
People often describe that they feel like they are being submerged in sound, like the sound waves created by the Tibetan singing bowls are a visceral thing and they are washed in waves of water. They use words like “cleansed” and “cleared” to describe their experience.

Space is filling for our monthly SUNDAY AUGUST 11th Sound Bath at Gather :: A Movement and Wellness Center in La Quinta start time is 5pm please be there 10-15 mins early to check in and get comfortable. Connect to breath, sound and relaxation at various frequencies. Tibetan Singing Bowls, Quartz Crystal Bowls and the powerful sound of the Gong will put you at a state of relaxation.
